Ever since the first family Windows 95 machine was brought home, I've been curious and passionate about technology. This led me to major in computer science at the University of Georgia, and become friends and family's go-to guy for all things IT. In addition to my day job in enterprise technology, I manage multiple site's networks and security infrastructure and have built computers, servers, and networks for years. I care about the people for which I'm building and strive to solve real problems and pain points that folks have with their technology stack. Owning the right gear and understanding what it can do unlocks the freedom to be truly independent from being beholden to a given service provider. Neighborhood HOA
A neighborhood with a long-neglected IT closet and dated, non-integrated systems for multiple sites on the property needed massive overhaul. Cable cleanup, systems integration, and singular management planes for network management and camera administration was sorely needed.
Private Small Business
A small business run off of a single laptop experienced a hard drive failure. Personal, business, and family data was thought to be lost until it was brought to my attention. We were able to recover 99% of the drive's data.

Do you charge a subscription fee for your services?

Do you install equipment that have subscription fees?

What happens if I have an issue with something you've worked on?

Give me a call. If it is something we can fix remotely we will attempt to troubleshoot together. Otherwise, we can arrange for a site visit to diagnose what the root cause is and devise a solution.

Do you do anything with AI?

I do provide assistance setting up AI locally. I do not however, provide any assistance with remote cloud AI workflows.

Where is your pricing?

I do not provide flat costs for services rendered. Everything pertaining to a project will be built out within a Free Estimate at the time of project discussion. Each project is unique so each cost directly associates with the scope of that project.

Can you build me an app or website?

No, but I can guide you in procuring the infrastructure necessary to support an application/website, locally develop with AI, and publish your work to the world.

If you install my network/cameras, are you the administrator or am I?

Both! In order to provide remote management and troubleshooting abilities, I will need to retain some form of administrative privileges on the router. However, you will own the devices installed and be given Super Admin and a thorough education on how to manage your own ecosystem.

If I buy equipment from you, do you own it or do I?

Unlike many other installers, YOU own your devices. I simply build, install, configure, and manage your project's outcome so that you continue to have a positive experience with the hardware.
